2Tablespoonsextra virgin olive oil
2tablespoonsbutter
1poundsirloin steaksliced thin
1/2teaspoonred pepper flakes
Kosher salt and pepperto taste
1cupfresh asparaguscut into 1/4 inch pieces
1/2red onionsliced thin
1cupmushroomssliced
2TablespoonsWorcestershire sauce
1cupbeef broth
10ouncescheese tortellinicooked
Instructions
Heat butter and olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Sprinkle steak with red pepper flakes, salt and pepper.
Add the thinly sliced steak and cook for 3 minutes on each side.
In a small bowl, whisk together worcestershire sauce and beef broth. Pour over vegetables, add steak back into the skillet and simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes.
