Ingredients
1California Avocadosliced
1teaspooncoconut oil or olive oil
2cupsfresh cauliflower rice
1/2cupred bell pepperchopped
1teaspoonchili powder
1cooked and warm Chili Lime Chicken Breastcut into slices (recipe here)
In two medium bowls, assemble cauliflower rice mixture topped with sliced chicken and sliced California Avocados. Sprinkle with Kosher salt and fresh black pepper, to taste.
