Recipe: Chili Bean Cheese Queso
A comforting and cheesy bean queso, perfect for dipping!
- 8 ounce block cream cheese
- 16 ounce can Bush's Red Beans or Kidney Beans drained
- 1 14.5 ounce can diced tomatoes
- 1 ounce chili seasoning
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- Tortilla chips for serving
In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the cream cheese.
Reduce heat and add Bush's Red Beans, dice tomatoes and chili seasoning. Stir until well combined.
Once heated through, add shredded cheddar cheese. Stir until melted.
Serve hot with chips.
