Baked Tilapia with Lime

A simple, healthy baked tilapia recipe with lime!

Ingredients

  • 1.5 pound tilapia filets
  • 1-2 Tablespoons Wildtree Rancher Steak Rub sprinkle generously or any similar garlic/sea salt blend
  • 2 tablespoons butter sliced into thin pats
  • Zest and Juice of 1 lime

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F
  • Line baking sheet with foil or spray with non-stick cooking spray
  • Plate tilapia on baking sheet and sprinkle generously with seasoning
  • Top each filet with 1 pat of butter
  • Sprinkle with lime zest and drizzle lime juice over the top of each filet
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes until tender and flaky

Notes

The Wildtree Ranchers Steak Rub is one of my absolute favorite seasonings for fish, beef or chicken. I highly recommend getting some, but if not, you can use any garlic/sea salt/pepper spice blend.
