HGTV Dream Home 2017 Outdoor Entertaining Spaces

The inside of the HGTV Dream Home 2017 is pretty grand, but the outdoor entertaining spaces really steal the show!

Last week I gave you a tour of the inside of the HGTV Dream Home 2017. This week, we’re moving on out, to the spectacular and oh so dreamy backyard space of the HGTV Dream Home 2017. Maybe I love the outdoor space of the HGTV Dream Home so much because it’s so unlike my current back yard. They really thought of everything when making sure the HGTV Dream Home backyard space was dream home worthy. So, join me as we dream a bit of what we’d do with the beautiful outdoor space!

First, there’s the beautiful pool (fittingly in the shape of the state of Georgia). I could imagine taking a quick dip in the pool to wake me up in the mornings, or lounging around on my favorite pool float under the warm afternoon sun.

When I visited the HGTV Dream Home, I spent a few hours one evening comfortably sitting by the fire pit, enjoying the company of fellow guests. This would be my go to spot at night, for sure. There’s nothing better than hanging out by a fire pit to ward off the slight chill in the air.

Oh and do you see the covered pergola space? That space would be my outdoor office. I can only imagine how inspired I’d be working outside by the pool each day!

As you walk past the pool and through the backyard, you are taken to this beautiful waterway area. This is where I’d have my morning coffee and where I’d sit to read my current favorite book. My husband and I would catch up on life and enjoy quiet day dates right at home!

Even our dog Meg could be a part of the dream with this smaller HGTV Dog House replica! The little shutters on the sides and the cute little porch make me so happy… I know they’d make her happy too!
