Today, I’d like to send you all over to an amazing website run by Heidi Larsen called FoodieCrush. I’m sure most of you know who Heidi is… she’s the creative brilliance behind the beautiful e-magazine, FoodieCrush.
Heidi and I had the chance to sit down and chat this past weekend via Skype and she recorded it. It was a lot of fun and I hope you’ll stop over there and take a look at some of the things we chatted about! There’s the fun video interview, where I discover I say “ummmm” way too much and have a habit of messing with my hair when I talk. We also did a written Q&A of other things we didn’t discuss in the video.
Make sure to stop by and check it out! Have a great day 🙂

Kristen, this is SO fun! What a great interview… I’ve had fun listening to it while working through emails. LOVE LOVE LOVE when bloggers get in front of the screen, it’s always so fun to get to hear and see them.
I thought it was awesome that you said you could host 20 people and be shopping at noon! 🙂
Thanks for sharing!!!

Hello,
I discovered you through food crush, and I have to say, well if you want a no-fail pie crust you just need to go to Kaukauna, WI and visit with my Mom. She makes the best pies hands down, and uses her mom’s (Mary Doyle) recipe. She just recently showed me how to make it for the first time and it is killer! Can’t share it you just need to go there. You may have heard of Kaukauna Cheese? Same place, small town 20-30 miles south of Green Bay. Another small town, but they have a little franchise called the Packers, with a cutie-pa-tootie quarterback (well when he is clean saved, otherwise it looks like a squirrel died on his face). My dad referees practice, so he is pretty awesome. My mom’s name is Judy. And she is awesome too, really, like super-hero awesome and an even “awesomer” yaya to my daughter. Let me know if you want to visit, she’ll like it if you call first. 🙂
Cheers,
Kari
