Fair Trade Month and a Keurig Mini Plus Brewer Giveaway!

October is jam packed full of important things… breast cancer awareness, international walk to school events, a certain someones birthday… but did you know that October is also National Fair Trade Month? It is! I’m helping Green Mountain Coffee to celebrate Fair Trade Month by offering you a unique Keurig Mini Plus Brewer giveaway!

What does Fair Trade mean?     Am I the last person on the planet to have not tried anything made in a Keurig? We don’t have one, but I would love one because pumpkin spice is may favorite flavor of most hot drinks!

    I’m a relative newcomer to the world of coffee, having only been drinking it for 5 years or so. But I do enjoy it. Pumpkin spice is such a soothing, cozy flavour, too.

    I don’t have any experience with these, except once at a hotel. Previously I was concerned about the environmental footprint of K cups, but have since changed my mind. Keurig is the largest buyers of fair trade coffee, which I’m learning is critical to protecting the environment. It’s hard to find BPA-free packaging, and K-cups are also BPA free. I’m more of a coffee purist, and I don’t have experience with the flavors. But I like Keurig’s commitment social responsibility.
