Sit down to a warm and comforting Vegetable Minestrone Soup Recipe featuring Bertoli® Gold Label Sauces.

Vegetable Minestrone Soup Recipe from dineanddish.net

One of the places on my travel bucket list is Italy…

In fact, I don’t have a huge desire for a lot of international travel, but Italy is one place I truly can’t wait to visit. The vineyards, villas, cafes, food and overall Italian lifestyle has always intrigued me. In my mind I picture Italy as being more laid back, less hustle and bustle than here. The Italian culture seems to be one where you appreciate…savor…indulge in just the right ways…and enjoy life through all your senses.  In the busy season of life I’m in right now, the Italian lifestyle sounds like a welcome escape.

I won’t be going to Italy anytime soon, unfortunately, but I can practice the art of the Italian lifestyle right here in my own home through preparing simple food with fresh, flavorful ingredients (like this minestrone soup recipe), celebrating family and friends, and enjoying leisurely time with loved ones. In other words…

Good Friends Good Food Good Times

Last week I shared the collaborative virtual dinner party that some blogger friends and I participated in for Bertolli’s® new Gold Label Sauces. I hope you were able to visit the other blogs that participated to see their amazing recipe creations (and phenomenal photography…wow). If you missed it, head over to my Caramelized Onion Stuffed Portabello Mushroom recipe for all the details!

Vegetable Minestrone Recipe from dineanddish.netIn addition to the Caramelized Onion Stuffed Portabello Mushroom recipe I shared as part of my dinner party, I also created a Minestrone Soup Recipe that is abundant with vegetables and full of flavor. It’s one of those warm and comforting soups that is a perfect start to a meal, dinner party or not.

The best thing about this soup is how easy it is to make. Using Bertoli® Gold Label Imported Aged Asiago Cheese Paired with Artichokes as a base with vegetable broth, the most effort required is chopping up your desired vegetables. When you focus on recipes that are easy to create for dinner parties, that gives you more time to be with your guests and soak up the food and friendships surrounding you.

Bertolli Gold Label Sauces

I hope you enjoy the recipe! For an authentic taste of Italy, make sure visit the Bertolli® Facebook Page, website and Pinterest page for even more recipes featuring the new Bertolli® Gold Label sauces. A special thanks to Bertoli® for sponsoring this post. Thank you for supporting the brands that help to make Dine & Dish possible! I appreciate it!
