I love to make cherry biscuit cobbler in the crockpot, I also often throw in some chicken with a bottle of barbeque sauce, cook it all day and then shred it up. Same thing works with a jar of salsa.

I love to throw in a cut of meat and let it roast away. Pulled beef or chicken or pot roast. But I really want to try desserts. And why don’t we use this more in summer when it’s too hot for the oven? I’m trying to break the cool weather crocking habit.
