I Heart Starbucks Coffee Valentine’s Flash Giveaway – CLOSED

Starbucks Coffee Giveaway

This giveaway is now closed. Congrats to Random.org winner Jennifer W.

Happy Valentine’s Day!!

So Valentine’s Day… do you love it or kind of hate it? I personally think we could all do with a few more holidays celebrating love…but without the roses and mushiness. I’d like to see more of a focus on loving gestures, accepting others, and giving others the gift of time. In fact, celebrating THAT kind of love every day would make me happy!

One of my favorite parts of every week is when my husband (who is rarely here in the morning because he goes to work super early or is traveling) and I get to sit down, enjoy a cup of coffee, read the paper and catch up with each other on the happenings of the week. Coffee connects…there’s no doubt about that. My friends at Starbucks want to celebrate that special connection over coffee with a fun, flash Valentine’s Day giveaway!

I would love to sit down and have a cup of coffee with my grandma, my Meme. She has been gone for 15 years and I still miss her so much. Would love to sit and talk with her and hug her just one more time.

  4. George says

Picasso – I want to know if he really was as much of a womanizer as history has made him out to be. I want to know what really inspired him.

  5. Kris says

I would love to gather over coffee with my BFFs Jodi, Garnetta, Becky, Sandy, Judy, Karen, Beth, Lisa, and Danielle. Oh, and it would involve travel. Is that too much to ask? :-)

  6. AmyRuth says

Yes, I would sit at a big round table with all the girls I used to lunch with in Waco, Texas. We would catch up on the last 14 years. Tell lots of stories, laugh, eat and drink more cofee. That would be a good day.

  7. Debbie says

I would sit and visit with my mother-in-law. She lives far away and is the best mother-in-law a girl could have. And we both love coffee!!

Love this question, it’s a tough one!
I’d have to say… Jane Austen. There is so much mystery behind who she was and what her intentions were in her writing. Was she a romantic at heart? What she cynical? Why did she end her engagement? Why did she never marry? How can I write like her? SO many great things to ask.

On a personal level, I’d have to say my friend Dawn. She teaches overseas in Taiwan and I miss her so! I haven’t seen her in a year or two and although we skype and chat on FB, it’s just not the same!

  9. Heather says

I would love to sit down over coffe with my friend Ann! We both moved around the same time and it’s been 2 years since we have seen each other. After moving she went through a divorce. I was not there for her physically, being so far away, but thought about her all the time. I just want her to know that she is loved and precious to me even though we live far apart!

  10. Kathy J says

I’ve talked often with a friend that lives far away about meeting over coffee. I’d love to be able to sit down and talk and laugh and have a chance to be together.

  11. Kate says

I moved across the country two summers ago, and I really miss having coffee with my Grandma and my dad. Visiting once every year or so just isn’t the same!

  12. Lawana Whaley says

I so miss having time for a relaxing cuppa with my heart sister, Shannan. We haven’t been able to get together for almost 17 years now and we used to have coffee every day… sometimes twice a day….

  13. says

I was going to answer by saying that I would love to connect with my husband over Starbucks coffee, but we have our own little coffee tradition each weekday morning, so I’m changing my answer. I’d love to have a chance to sit with my grandfather again. As you know, he passed away at the end of last November, and I miss him every single day. When my grandmother would let him get a word in (!), he always had the best stories to tell. XO

  14. Terri Truscello Miller says

I would sit and have a cup of coffee with my mom. She lives a couple states away and we don’t get to see each other that often.

  15. Susan Christy says

My best friend Linda. We met when we were 4 and 50 years later and hundreds of miles apart, we are still besties. We talk, text and email, but I miss her smiling face and would love to see her in person.
