Sounds delicious! You know, you are one of the reasons that I started menu planning about five years ago. Your weekly menu posts were some of the first ones that I remember back in the day when we were working at home, calling for daily chats, and sending constant IM’s to each other. Thanks to you, I have very fond memories of those crazy work days. 🙂

Kristen,
I never miss a week of meal planning! It’s how I keep track of what night my kids are cooking and when I’m serving leftovers – these count as a night off in the kitchen for me!

We didn’t go out to dinner for a year and saved enough money to buy airline tickets to Spain last year – not a bad reason to meal plan and eat at home!
Have a great week 🙂

Skewers are starting to be a favorite in our house … we skewer EVERYTHING and for some reason, the kids think its a MUCH more fun way of eating! Thanks for the recipe share!
