Chicago Cutlery DesignPro Knife Set Giveaway! CLOSED

This giveaway is now closed. Congrats to Nicole Newman! Thanks to all for entering.

Knives are one of those things you don’t really appreciate how bad the ones you have are until you have a set of really awesome ones. You don’t know that slicing an apple shouldn’t count as your upper arm workout for the day. It’s possible you may not understand cutting into a fresh loaf of bread doesn’t mean completely demolishing each piece as you try to carve each slice. A really GREAT set of knives can make all the difference in the kitchen, which is what I discovered when I received a set of Chicago Cutlery DesignPro Knives. A sharp, well designed knife can easily be your most important utensil and can save you so much time as you work.

This summer I struggled with simply slicing tomatoes with ease… my old knives were even recently professionally sharpened, they just weren’t built for the job. Now that I have a set of Chicago Cutlery DesignPro knives, I understand that slicing into a tomato isn’t supposed to be a struggle. A good knife will slide right through with ease.

Chicago Cutlery DesignPro Knives feature a well designed grip that guides your hand to the right position on the knife for superior control and cutting. I’ve noticed a huge difference when chopping, slicing, carving, etc. The design of the handle gives me the confidence and control I want.

My friends at Chicago Cutlery have offered to give one lucky Dine & Dish reader a pair of knives. Up for the giveaway is one (1) DesignPro Bread Knife and one (1) DesignPro Partoku knife (my new favorite)!

I cook a lot, so good knives would help with chopping vegetables, etc. I’ve also tried a couple of bread knives, neither of which do a good job slicing crusty breads, so I’d like to try this one. Thanks!

These would be nice to have since I don’t have any knives.I always am cooking and baking. I love to cook and bake for my family and friends. I would LOVE these. It would make this hetic mom’s life less crazy.

I feed a family of 10 so we prepare a lot of food. I currently don’t own a good set of knives. This would greatly speed up meal prep!!

  5. Leanna Morris says

I need a good set of knives..mine are so old and blades worn thin and dull. Those dull blades are more dangerous than a good sharp knife!

  6. Paula Buckendorf says

I would love to have a set of sharp knives. All I have left after 35 years of marriage are some mismatched dull castoffs. :)

  7. Cyndi says

How wouldn’t they help me!! Maybe it would help to cut down prep time for dinner so I can spend more quality time with my 3yo daughter and 15mo twins!! That’s always a great thing :) Thank you for the opportunity!!

  8. Wehaf says

These would be so helpful, as right now my only decent knife is a chef’s knife. These two knives would greatly expand what I can cut, and they’d let multiple people work at the same time.

I don’t have a good knife set, but I love cooking!! It’s a new love that I have only recently found, and I am trying to add to my kitchen collection, a little at a time. This would definitely help!
