Hi. I don’t have a blog, so here’s a recipe:
Creamy Chicken Chili
4 large chicken breasts (or boneless)
3-4 cups chicken broth (water and bouillon cube)
2 cans cream of chicken soup
large onion (chopped) or 2 T onion powder
3 cans great northern beans with juice
1 can yellow kernel corn, drained
1 pkg. ranch dressing mix
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1/2 stick butter or margarine
Boil chicken and onion in water with chicken bouillon cube.
Remove chicken and cut up in cubes, set aside.
add remaining ingredients to broth and simmer 10-15 minutes.
Add chopped chicken back to pot and simmer another few minutes. ENJOY!!!
I follow Kristen and TidyMom on Pinterest.
I make many soups (such as potato soup or clam chowder, beans, hamburger stew, etc) without following a recipe so, therefore, I don’t have a recipe to submit. Here’s a recipe I first made in January 1998 and it quickly became a favorite.

I love all kinds of soup but I thought I’d share the recipe for the one I always want when I’m sick. I mean after all, what’s more healing than a nice bowl of soup?
