Connect, Multitask & Get Stuff Done {Giveaway: VTech Multi-Tasking Phone} CLOSED

This giveaway is now closed. The winner, chosen by Random.org, is Caroline Mellis. Thank you so much to all who entered!

My hands are always busy. I’m brushing little girls hair, putting away dishes, cooking dinner, changing diapers, giving hugs, typing, turning book pages, washing mirrors, vacuuming… you get the picture.

This week, my hands were busy attempting to make pie crusts. If you follow me on Twitter or Instagram, it’s possible you have seen my 10 failed attempts to create a good pie shell. I took helpful advice from everyone as to why my pie crust might have been folding in and collapsing. No matter what I tried (freeze the butter, chill the flour, use pie weights, crimp the crust over the edge, etc. etc. etc) my results were the same..not good.

After one such frustrated tweet, my phone rang. Hands covered in flour and butter from working the dough, I normally would have just skipped the call. When my VTech phone system caller ID announced it was my mom, I knew I wanted to answer it. Luckily, I had on my hands free cordless headset that goes along with my VTech LS6475-3 phone. I didn’t miss the opportunity to chat with my mom (and to hear her great advice about my pie crust efforts) because I was able to talk with her free of using my hands to hold the handset.

We are definitley busy… you are too. It’s a fact of life right now for most of us. Multi-tasking is the only way to stay on top of things and survive. The VTech Multi-Tasking Phone System let’s you keep doing whatever is on your to-do list all the while enabling you to stay in touch with friends and loved ones via phone.

I just need a new phone, and an upgrade to a hands free model would be great. It always seems that the phone rings when I’m right in the middle of something, so I can keep doing whatever I’m doing and not hurt my neck while I’m cradling it.

Done – I so need this wonderful phone – it is the only way to function in this wacky weird and wonderful world….

I always feel guilty when I’m on the phone – so I use that time to try to clean things that I can do quietly. A 20-minute phone call can actually get most of my “chores” done for the day!!! This phone – with the hands-free – would protect my shoulder from getting that pinched nerve that I wind up with trying to hold the phone with my ear and shoulder!!!

The ability to have a hands-free conversation would be so helpful! That’s mostly why I never talk on the phone…too many other things to do and not enough hands!

This would be so beneficial for my family of 5 busy bees!! The phones in our house are always having technical difficulties. This would be the perfect addition, especially with the holidays approaching. It’s perfect for cooking meals and still being able to get things done!

3 kids + 2 hands = Need for phone that doesn’t need hands!!

This is why I need a V-Tech multitasking phone system. ;)

What a great idea. I always put off calling family (we live on opposite coasts and the phone is our only form of contact) because having to sit and talk seems to be wasting time. I could use the headset to do busywork AND catch up with family!

I have carpal tunnel in my wrists and also have fibromyalgia, so it is hard for me to use a phone at times. This would be great. Handsfree, yea !!!
