My wife recently made some of these using a slightly different recipe she picked up from the Picky Palate blog. Phenomenal. We brought them to my work and my co-workers devoured them and begged for the recipe. Anyway, I love them. I’ll send her the link for your recipe and have her try it out. Thanks!

I make so many cookies during the holidays that I have started using this short cut too. I can’t wait to add these cookies to my list. I am having a cookie exchange with my daughter and some of her friends and this cookie will be my “New special” cookie. Yummy!!
