KitchenAid Pasta Press Attachment Giveaway – CLOSED

As I was considering some of the products I wanted to share with you for my “2011 holiday gift guide”, one product that kept coming to mind was the KitchenAid Pasta Press Attachment. I wrote earlier this year about how my husband finally bought me one because I had it on my “wish list” for so many years. For some reason, it was one of those things that I really wanted but just would never pull the trigger on buying. Thank goodness he pulled the trigger for me because we have been loving it ever since!

When I gave a KitchenAid pasta press attachment away earlier this year, many of you were like me… you really wanted this attachment, but just hadn’t bought one yet. When it came to want versus need, you put this in the “want” category and went on to buy more practical things. I think it’s time to put the KitchenAid pasta press / extruder attachment onto your “need” list because once you start making fresh, homemade pasta using this attachment, you’ll never want to buy store bought pasta again.

Making homemade pasta is kind of like magic, and with the KitchenAid Pasta Press attachment it’s so easy. You can make large or small macaroni, fusili, rigatoni, bucatini, fusili or spaghetti using just a few ingredients and a small amount of time.

    Like you I just couldn’t bite the bullet on an attachment that I really wanted for many years, always placing needs before wants (which is a good thing – I know this!). That was a $50 item – do you think I’d ever buy this for myself at $199? LOL

I would enjoy this product because I love to bake, but I have burnt out 2 hand mixers in the past with how much I love to bake.     Oh WOW! When hubby surprised me with my Kitchen Aid mixer last year (after getting the advice from a friend of ours who is the tops in the baking department), I had no idea how much easier it would be to whip up treats for my family. Even something as basic as chocolate chip cookies can be mixed in just a couple minutes, as fast as it takes to measure out the ingredients as needed for a double batch. I love love love it!

    As a pasta lover, I have been drooling over the pasta attachments, including the ravioli one. The idea of having fresh homemade pasta with different flavors added….ah! I dream….

To afford to get through grad school, I had to go back to roommate living. Four years of that is enough.
