See below for a giveaway from Bush’s Beans!

A couple weeks ago I shared a few pictures from a wonderful trip I had just returned from with Bush’s Beans. I am incredibly honored to be a part of this amazing team of bloggers, chefs, PR friends and of course… Bush’s Beans team members. We have a lot of fun together, work hard together, and honestly… when we are together I feel like I’m with family (the non-crazy, no drama kind of family!) I love spending time with everyone on the team and always leave feeling refreshed and inspired.

I made a short video of our experience in Montana at the beautiful Paws Up Resort. If you don’t have this destination on your bucket list, I highly recommend adding it. I’ve never felt so at peace in my life as I did when I sat out on the porch of our log home and listened to the sound of the calm, quiet stillness. I can’t wait to return someday.

Thanks to Bush’s Beans, Paws Up and the chefs who continue to inspire us Connie Gutterson and Jeffrey Saad. ˆI also want to thank my fellow blogging friends for their friendship… they are part of the reason the Bush’s Beans family is a great one: Sandy, Amy, Cheryl, Aggie, Katie, Laura and Tina.

I promise I’ll share some of the recipes we cooked in a future post. In the meantime, I want to give you the opportunity to win a great prize pack from Bush’s Beans!

I love to make Ceci (Garbanzo) Bean Salad. I make it every couple of weeks. It is light & delicious. I always feel good after I eat it. I also like black beans spiced with jalapeno & onion. I eat them with meats or by themselves. My 3rd would be kidney beans in chile.

I make a taco soup using black, pinto, navy, and kidney beans–all from Bush’s. My family and friends love it.

Someday I’ll get to Paw’s Up Resort. Beautiful, beautiful…

I know this sounds horrible, but it was a favorite of my dad’s— beans and browned hamburger over mashed potatoes. Way back when I was in girls scouts we made beans and hamburger, but they served it on hamburger buns. I so wanted mine on mashed potatoes. Anyway, I can’t wait for the weather to turn colder, so I can make this dish. It is truly a stick to your ribs type of meal. Yum!

Mmmm I love making bush beans in general but when you add some garlic, onion and brown sugar and bake for a while man do they get gooey and deep in flavor! Love them!!

My very favorite thing with Bush Beans is to caramelize onions, add a little Dijon mustard, some maple syrup and a big can of Bush’s Country Style Beans. That’s really YUMMY all by itself – but I really guild the lily by topping it with a big ham steak, covering it and simmering until all is hot and I just can’t stand to wait any longer! Good lord, I’m hungry now!

Looks like an amazing time! We love beans and I use them in so many recipes, especially in dishes like chili with Bush’s Beans! :)

Truly, I only buy Bush’s beans. What a great time you had, the video shows. We’re going to Montana in July, and I’m excited. Black Bean Soup is one of my favorite recipes that I make with Bush’s beans. Great giveaway, and that apron is so cute.
