I haven’t tried it with Applesauce but I bet that would totally work! I can’t imagine why it wouldn’t – but haven’t tried it.

Looks delicious but anyway to cut the amount of butter to make it healthier? Anyone try with a mix of applesauce and butter?

I adore cakes like this… loaded with fall spice and the texture from the oatmeal. Perfect as an afternoon snack with a pot of tea. Does it get much better than that?

I love anything with pumpkin! I can’t wait to give this a shot. After greasing my pan I would sprinkle in cinnamon and sugar so it gets a sweet crust. Sounds delicious!
