Looks delicious sandwich. I haven;t tried a coffee on any of my dishes, think this one is a good way to start. Coffee is my fave drink whether hot or cold hence I thank you for sharing this recipe. Love lots, Cassy

I am the SAME WAY with my slow cooker! I always forget it exists! And I always prefer my mom's from the 80s rather than the shiny new one we got, it just seems to work better.

I always thought crock pot was the brand?

i'm making this right now for dinner tonight. it smells wonderful. i was not able to find one 5-6 lb roast (that's HUGE!) so i used one 2.5 lb and one 2 lb roast. now i'm trying to work through the nutritional information (cause i'm weird like that) and i'm wondering how many servings you would guestimate this recipe yields? -- yes, i know guestimate is not a word but, i like the way it sounds.
