Hi Rocky –
I imagine you can and it should be fine. I just don’t like the way my bread machine bakes so always bake bread in the oven. But if you like the way yours does, you should be totally fine!

I don’t eat meat but I used to go there for that bread! And this reminds me of that, with coffee. I need to adapt this and figure out how to do it without a breadmaker and give it a whirl.
