I just made my very first batch of sweet potato fries a few weeks ago. I put WAY too much salt on them. I know, how is that possible? Anyway, they were pretty darn good despite that. Definitely a do-over

I cut sweet potatoes into fries, coat them with olive oil and then sprinkle them with Cavender’s Greek Seasoning (salt free version, since we don’t use MSG) before baking them. We love the combination of the sweet potatoes and Greek seasoning!!

My favorite fry comes from a place in Sacramento called Jack’s. It is a French fry covered in hot chili oil, chili flakes, blue cheese dressing, and lots of chopped parsley. Divine!!

Do I have to pick one fry place? Wing Stop has awesome fries as does Mooyah and I couldn’t leave out the cheese fries at Eskimo Joes in Stillwater, OK!
