I’m excited to announce that I have a recipe you are sure to love being published in a new cookbook called Thinkfood (brain fitness recipes from food bloggers in collaboration with Postit Science). The Thinkfood cookbook includes 50 brain healthy recipes in one vibrant, full-color book from some fantastic food bloggers. I’m excited to be included as a part of such a great collaborative effort.

The cookbook features snacks, appetizers, sides and salads, main course and desserts. For your viewing pleasure, you can actually get all 50 recipes emailed to you over the course of the next several months. (However the hardcover version of the book comes out around July 13th, and you can get on the notification for pre-ordering by clicking on this link!) This week, the recipe I submitted, Garlic Salmon Over Spinach, is being featured as the recipe of the week. To sign up to receive the weekly email featuring a different Thinkfood recipe, head over to the Postit Science webpage and get on their free weekly email list.
Make sure you follow Thinkfood on Twitter and become their fan on Facebook to stay in tune with all of the brain healthy news and updates.
On a separate note, don’t forget to head over to this post to enter to win one of several Laguiole Meat Carving Sets I’m giving away.

I tend to be leery of any cure-all, quick-fix diet or pill, but I’ve been following brain health for a while and there have been huge recent discoveries in this field. If I may, check out the work of Dr Phil Maffetone. I’m definitely signing up for pre-ordering. Thanks!!

Awesome to be featured in the cookbook! I will get me one!! Also, I used my new cherry pitter today, it works so good! My youngest daughter (21) and her girlfriend took turns pitting a whole bag of cherries for me! I made a cheese cake and put chopped cherries with extra fine sugar on top, it was wonderful! xo Thank you again for the cherry pitter, it’s a neat item every cherry lover should own! Can’t wait to check out the salmon recipe.
Congratulations! Your entry sounds like a fabulous dish. That’s so exciting. I can’t wait for the book…

Maybe you are interested in sharing some of recipes to us or share your knowledge about food stuffs and techniques, Or maybe you just like to write reviews about food, wines, restaurant and recipes…why don’t you visit us sometimes. And by the way, If you wont mind I’d love to guide Foodista readers to this post. Just add the Foodista Widget

I hope to see you there.
Cheers!
Congratulations on the recipe and book incusion-you are doing great! Looking forward to seeing you soon.
I subscribed to the weekly ThinkFood recipe email list; this is the second email I’ve received. So far, none of the emails have the recipe content and the links are broken (you know, the link that says “VIEW FULL RECIPE HERE”). In order to see the recipe, one has to search out the author’s blog address, go there, then search for the recipe. I’ve looked for a place at ThinkFood to tell them about this to no avail. Hopefully, this is not a marketing ploy to force people to purchase . . .
This cookbook sounds fantastic and that photo of the garlic is stunning!

This was a really great recipe. I’m cooking through all of the Thinkfood recipes on my blog, and this was by far one of the best! It surprised me because I had never had salmon before and I thought it would be hard, but it tasted really good and it was so easy.
