					<description><![CDATA[THANK YOU for the shout out on this event!  The event was really successful and everyone learned so much.  We had a great time with the first one (food) and will be putting together more workshops.  Hopefully we can take it on the road eventually.  

On to the artichoke ...... I love them!!!  I always dip in butter or mayo.  Lenny calls them the wasted veggie, which is perfect for me as I get more!!!]]></description>
