I have always loved to cook but had low self-confidence when it came to baking– everything always burned, even when I watched it carefully! It turns out that I just had a screwy oven and have since discovered the absolute necessity of an oven thermometer! My baking has really start to vamp up and this zucchini bread is next on my list! Would love this cookbook!

Hey there – big fan of your blog and really enjoy following you on Twitter. I just made 4 dozen zucchini muffins last weekend and thought I’d give this recipe a try. I think its just as good as mine- I like the use of vegetable oil instead of butter, but I like mine with a little more spice in it hence my addition of nutmeg and a dash of cloves. But this is a very good recipe that I think I’ll hang onto

Oh – and I love to be entered to win this cookbook….though if I don’t win I think I’ll pick a copy up anyway – it looks delightful!

I would love a new cookbook:) I think I am the only one who does not have zucchini coming out of my ears–no garden and no neighbors dumping it on my porch! Would love to try their other recipes though!
