I love the idea of Snickerdoodle Bars. I did not finish my baking, yesterday. Maybe, I will have time for these today. Hubby loves snickerdoodles. I would guess he will enjoy these, as well.

I made these last week for book club and they were quickly devoured! What a great recipe. So much faster/easier than the cookies. So good, in fact, I made two batches yesterday and plan to take them to work tomorrow. Of course, we’ll have to sample a few here at home before I share them with my co-workers! My hubby thinks they’d be a great dessert with vanilla ice cream. Kind of like a blondie brownie. Thanks, Kristen!

I made these yesterday, and they were great! Soooo easy, and they tasted just like the cookie version. I did use an 8x8 dish, since that's what I had, and they were a little thicker than I would have liked. Great recipe, though. Hope you're enjoying your vacation!
