I want to first share with you my hands down, absolute favorite cookie recipe – Chocolate Caramel Rolo Cookies. My mother-in-law gave me this recipe when I first got married and to me it is the cookie recipe to end all cookie recipes. It is that good! rolos are one of my favorite candies, so you can probably imagine my glee at even thinking about them being incapsulated in a cookie. delicious!
Mmm…another keeper! Rolos were my candy of choice at the Saturday matinee when I was growing up. Love them and these cookies look to do perfect justice to their awesomeness.
