Thanks for visiting my blog! I completely agree with you on the pumpkin year-round thing. I've actually been craving pumpkin cranberry muffins for the past week.

I'm a late bloomer too---at least we're in good company! :-)

I LOVE using pumpkin in baked goods, such incredible moistness and mild flavor. I always keep a can (or two) of plain pumpkin in the pantry, just in case. You never know when you might get an urge, even off season!

I'm exactly the same way! I just made donuts when everyone else had already made donuts and moved on to vegan baked donuts.

Hey, you never know, in walking a few steps behind you may discover something other people missed!

Haha this made me think of the fact that I have had only had long hair when dating men who liked short hair--and vice versa. And that includes my husband, who only ever got to see my hair long once, when I grew it out for the updo for our wedding and chopped it off the next day. :) I could not even comment on the actual trends since I am never aware of them. :)

And I love pumpkin year round myself. These look great.

I'm generally a little behind the curve as well. In fact, I'd love a pumpkin muffin at the moment! I might even sprinkle a few chocolate chips across the top before baking...
