Such a small world! In my former life, when I was in PR, I met with the Amazing Taste people because they were looking for representation. Your enchiladas look delicious!! I’ve used the Amazing Taste seasonings before, but I’ve never tried the fajita one, I’ll have to check it out! For those of you who said you’ll look for these seasonings at your local store be sure to look in the meat department because I had a hard time finding them initially because I was looking on the seasoning isle, when they’re actually located in the meat department.
