I had a very similar experience with my firstborn – the placenta low – couldn’t see everything – he was placenta previa and is today 30 years old and entirely healthy. Just keep smiling

That’s wonderful, congratulations! The doctors have to tell you if there are possible complications, but it almost never amounts to much. They just err on the side of caution in today’s world. Enjoy the extra peek you get of your little girl, very fun!
