I use cultured BUTTERMILK blend it’s for cooking and baking.
It comes in a can & it takes 4tbs. to a cup of water

Just made these for breakfast. Really delicious. And not too overly pumpkiny. This is coming from a girl who is not a big fan of pumpkin pie. I did halve the recipe since I was just cooking for 2, and it was still A LOT of pancakes. Better to have too many than too few though. Thanks for sharing the recipe!
