I have a hamperful of dirty clothes, piles of dirty plates cleverly hidden in the washing machine, frozen dinner tray heating in the microwave…BUT I claim Alphadom. I have to give myself a pat (who else will?) for juggling work and home semi-successfully!

Beautiful calzones. We have something similar in the Philippines called empanadas. It uses pie crust and is filled with ground beef or chicken strips and assorted veggies. I am going to try adding powdered milk (like yours) to my empanada crust and see how that goes. Thanks for a lovely post and recipe.
