You know, I love bacon (and it’s one of the hubby’s favorites), but I’ve never cared for it wrapped around filet mignon or on hamburgers. Love it with breakfast, on or in various salads, but with meat… not so much. I don’t know about you, but that seems weird to even me!

Though I’m a somewhat reluctant vegetarian now, the carnivore in my SO appreciates the scrumptious-ness of this dish. I used to make burgers with mozzarella cheese tucked inside the patty pre-cooking. Have you ever tried that? YUM.
